Clinical Workflow

BnT Prosthetic Flow

Conventional and digital paths — impression copings, scan bodies, MUA scanbody kit. Prosthetically compatible with BnS and other 11° Morse taper systems.

Implant Placement

Drill sequence: Ø2.2 lance → stopper drill (F3.5–F5.0) → cortical drill. Connect implant driver H.P to handpiece. Cover screw included with every implant.

Healing Phase

Cover screw (Mini: BNSCS35, Regular: BNSCS40) or Healing Abutment placed. Select height H per placement depth. Tighten manually with 1.2 Hex Driver.

Impression or Scan

Pick-up / Transfer Impression Coping (Hex or Non-Hex). For digital: ScanBody or Reverse ScanBody. Full-arch: MUA ScanBody Kit UEDSBK — 10μm precision, universal IOS.

Abutment Selection

Choose Temporary, Cemented, Milling, Pre-Milled, or Angled Abutment (A/B/Non-Hex). 15° angled option for divergent axes.

Final Restoration

Abutment screw (BNSABSM Mini / BNSABSS Regular) tightened with 1.2 Hex Driver. BnT is fully compatible with BnS prosthetics and all 11° Morse taper systems.

Non-Contact RFA Measurement

Attach ChecQ PEG

Screw the titanium ChecQ PEG Driver onto the implant. PEG maintains its shape and measurement value even after repeated use.

Position ChecQ Device

Hold the ChecQ wand 2–3mm from the PEG at approximately 45°. No contact with the implant or soft tissue required.

Auto Measurement

ChecQ automatically detects the PEG and switches to measurement mode. ISQ value appears on the display with color classification.

Read ISQ Value

Color-coded result: Green (High 70–99), Orange (Medium 60–69), Red (Low 1–59). Use Mode button for manual measurement mode.
